Items include Chicken Lollipops, Cocoa Dusted Diver Scallops, Heirloom Tomato Salad, Grouper Reuben, Hand Cut Aged Ribeye with Lobster, Clams Linguine, Grilled Lamb T-Bones and of course Forebay Chips made fresh daily and served with a warm House Made Blue Cheese Dip. The Forebay's Famous House Made Chocolate Molten Cake puts a perfect finish on a truly delectable meal. Enjoy signature chocolate martinis, chocolate stout, or a more traditional single malt scotch. Also, the Beverage Manager has assembled premium wine-by-the-glass program from the most prolific wine makers. All food preparation is free from artificial trans-fat and chemical additives. Naturally raised meat and poultry are available on the menu. All soups, salad dressings and sauces are made on premises, and bread selections are organic. Children's menu also available.
